Woodlands Flagstaff

ABOUT

OUR STORY

Cooking the season, at nearly seven thousand feet

Woodlands sits inside the DoubleTree by Hilton in Flagstaff, where the ponderosa pines start and the air thins out. It's a place built for the way people actually move through this town — travelers off Route 66, families visiting Northern Arizona University, hikers and stargazers coming down from the high country, and locals who just want a good dinner and an honest pour.

Serving breakfast and dinner every day, Chef Victor Sierra builds the menu around the season: seasonally inspired Southwestern dishes next to the regional American plates people come back for. We proudly serve Starbucks coffee and Teavana tea.

Seasonal Events

Woodlands hosts signature holiday experiences throughout the year — from Thanksgiving to Christmas dinners and beyond — bookable as special occasions on OpenTable. Check back for updates as we announce each event.

THE SETTING

On Route 66, in the tall pines

Flagstaff sits at the edge of the largest contiguous ponderosa pine forest on earth, and Woodlands is right in the middle of it — a mile from downtown and Northern Arizona University, with some of the Southwest's best country a short drive in every direction.
